The blond girl on the right in the second poster (for Samantha Thavasa) is Tinsey Mortimer, a NY socialite.

Her appearance on the ad for the Japanese compnay was quite controversial in NYC because she is supposedly very wealthy. The other socialites think its "gaudy" to pose for an advertising campaign.

Rich people have different problems than we do. :-)
