Theme Day for the month of 1, May: City Exchange
The remains of a modern city
Some buildings stood here but now were destroyed and removed to make a big road here.
The remains is typical in Tokyo but don't match with Tokyo.
It goes well with Tokyo as a trace of the metabolism of the ever-changing city. But, it is unsuitable for a peaceful city....

a shame when the old city changes and is lost
Without the Japanese writing in the background this photo could have been taken in New York.
This is more about city change than city exchange, but how true that our cities change very fast!
this view could be in Shanghai too.

It does look like any other city. Except for the Kanji.
My Theme Day is of a city unto itself, with its own zip code, and a portrait of the "Peashooter" at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Hope you like flying.
