Perhaps as you know, many vending machine like these are covering all over Tokyo. Personally I like Dr. Pepper most, of all the drinks.

Americans who visit Japan are amazed at the huge number of vending machines everywhere. No one in this country would believe that you have beer vending machines, which, as a practical matter, are available to anyone. There was a beer vending machine in every hotel or guesthouse I've stayed in in Japan, except maybe the New Otani in Tokyo (I guess you have to call room service there.)

I don't see the popular soft drink, Pocari Sweat, in any of these photos. Another name that surprises Americans.

Good quality, sharp shots, by the way.

I might add that I am the senior person in my office and I keep a can of Boss Coffee, bought from a Tokyo vending machine, behind my desk to remind everyone.

My favorite are the beer vending machines. Of course we could never have them here in America as they would be looted on a daily basis.

Another good drink is Calpis (not cow piss).

Thanks for the comments:-)

strangetastes,
I thinks the vendinig machines, selling beer and other soft drink, are installed almost at every floor in a hotel for business persons.
As you know, some vending machine on the streets sell beer. So even junior high school students can easily get beer. (In Japan, people under 20 years old are prohibited drinking alcohol.)

I will do the same as you when I happen to become a senior person! Plus, I will wear Hugo Boss.

tornados 28,
When I was a student and it was during summer, I drink Calpis almost every day. When I talk in English, I seem to need to say the word carefully!!
