Ishiyaki Imo, hot baked sweet potatoes

The car sells hot baked sweet potatoes in winter. I used to eat it when I was a boy. This food reminds me of winter.

In NZ, it is called KUMURA. Very popular. Roasting, steamed, mashed fro making dips, soup and so on. I remember the Ishiyakiimo was coming to town with Rear-Car towed by bicycle and It was about 50Yen or so.. (Not quite sure abut the price but it was lot cheaper, than 300 big yen.)
Nice child memory though. Thanks for that.

jing: Oh, really? Me too. I also like sweet broiled chestnut(天津甘栗).
ben: This is also good for health. Oh, 50 yen a piece... It is a good old memory in Showa era!
