Sorbet in summer
It was rather hot today for June and the hot and humidity of Japanese summer go well with sorbet. Today after I went to sento, a public bath, I ate this sorbet. I felt that summer is surely coming.

Mme. la Vache is visiting Tokyo now! "Louis" wonders if she had sorbet today - it was certainly the right weather for it!
Saturday was Flag Day in the U.S.
It is even warm up here in Misawa. I am still intimidated a little with the public baths...
a simple but enticing composition ... I love sorbet!
