I'm very surprised with the buildings in the background,since they seem skyscrapers. Therefore, I wonder how this buildings were constructed, I mean what kind of materials are using at the moment in the construction regarding with the effect of earthquakes in Japan.

I hope you hadn't had to creep up to the heights to take this photo =O), or that it isn't the view from your flat.
