Prototypes of the modern apartments in Tokyo

The followings are the facades of apartments in Shinonome(東雲), in the bay area of Tokyo and built just a few years ago. These are flat and simple. The below was designed by Kengo Kuma.

Hello Macky =O)

I wonder how much it costs an apartment there?, since here in Spain the prices are awesome, and regarding the space they come from 50 m2 up to 70 m2. There are more large but also unattainable relate to the payment.

Hola Raquel,
Thank you for the comment!

Though I don't know exactly, I think that the rent in Tokyo is about the same as the one in NYC or London and lower than the one in Hong Kong.

The rents largely differs up to the location in Tokyo. A 50 m2 apartment, roughtly speaking, costs from 100,000 JPY to 150,000 JPY per a month. The 25 m2 costs from 50,000 to 90,000 JPY per a month.
