Yes, Your are right. This house was built by English Architecture, Dr. Josiah Conder(1852~1920). He was a famous designer and constructor in Meiji & Taisho periods. This garden cinsists of thress features; the western style house, a traditional Japanese style garden with a pond, and a nice western style garden. At the moment, there are full of roses!
That looks astonishingly western - is it a modern copy of British Victorian housing, or does it have architechtual roots in Japan?
