Smoking space near a station
This is a smoking space near a station and now smoking on the street is prohibited in some areas of Tokyo. I think the manner of smokers on the street is getting better than before because I find less smokers and cigarette butts on the streets.

There are some small cities near Los Angeles that have completely banned smoking anywhere in the city except inside your own home.
In Portugal it is still allowed to smoke on the outside, but smokers have no manners since most throw thei butts just into the street or side walk.
