At 11:58 PM, Anonymous said...: Yes, Your are right. This house was built by English Architecture, Dr. Josiah Conder(1852~1920). He was a famous designer and constructor in Meiji & Taisho periods.
This garden cinsists of thress features; the western style house,
a traditional Japanese style garden with a pond, and a nice western style garden. At the moment, there are full of roses!

How were you able to see it at night? Doesn't the park always close at 4:30pm?
